How to cook:
  1. Place cream cheese, dry pudding, & 1 cup of milk in large mixing bowl. Beat with beaters.
  2. When pudding jells, add 1 1/2 to 2 cups of Cool Whip. Mixture will be very thick.
  3. Put into a 9" pie shell. Refrigerate approx. 3 hours.

  • 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 12 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package Jell-O Cheesecake Sugar Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling; 3.4 ounce size
  • Cool Whip Whipped Topping; 8 ounce size container

How to cook:
  1. Combine the crushed graham cracker crumbs in a bowl.
  2. Add the melted butter and ¼ cup sugar.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the crumbs to the bottom 8 dessert cups.
  5. Press firmly on the bottom using a tart tamper or the back of a spoon.
  6. Place the dessert cups in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
  7. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the cream cheese.
  8. Beat until very soft.
  9. Then add the milk starting with ½ cup at first and then add the remaining milk.
  10. Finally add the 2 tablespoons sugar, vanilla extract and the pudding mix.
  11. Beat for another few minutes or until everything is combined and smooth.
  12. Remove the dessert cups from the refrigerator.
  13. Pour the cheesecake filling into the dessert cups on top of the graham cracker crumb crust.
  14. Return the dessert cups back to the refrigerator to chill for an hour or until firm.
  15. Garnish the tops of the pudding cups with Cool Whip Whipped Topping, chopped pecans and extra graham cracker crumbs.

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (-room temperature)
  • 2 boxes Sugar Free Instant Pudding Mixes (- 4 serving sized boxes, cheesecake flavoring used in this recipe)
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • 4 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream (-divided)

How to cook:
  1. Start by preparing the crust. Use an 8 or 9" pie dish. Make sure that this pie dish is well greased. Simply blend together the almond flour, sugar alternative, and the melted butter. Transfer this to the prepared pie dish, using your fingers as needed to press it into place. Place this into the freezer to set.
  2. Cream together the cream cheese, instant pudding mixes, and milk in a large mixing bowl. You can add up to two cups of heavy whipping cream as needed for texture. Do not over-mix. Spread this over the crust that has set in the freezer. Refrigerate until firm (four hours for best results.)
  3. For the whipped topping, simply beat the remaining heavy whipping cream until it peaks. Place the whipped cream topping on top of the cheesecake filling. Then freeze for 30-60 minutes until all the ingredients are firm.
