- 8 ouces jicama peeled and cut into matchstick size
- 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper

- Wash the jicama and cut it into matchsticks. Make sure the matchsticks have ¼ inch thickness.
- Place the Jicama sticks in a medium bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika powder, cayenne powder, salt and mix well using your hand so that the seasonings cover the matchsticks equally.
- Place the Jicama sticks on the air-fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes at 400-degree F, halfway into the cook, flip the sticks.
- Once they get a golden-brown color, squeeze with half of a lime and serve alongside your favorite dip.

- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

- Set the air fryer oven to 400 degrees (204 degrees C) and let it preheat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Place the fries into a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, cumin, and sea salt. Toss to coat.
- Working in batches to avoid crowding, arrange jicama in the air fryer basket in a single layer, preferably with the pieces not touching each other. Air fry jicama fries for 10-12 minutes, until golden. Repeat with remaining fries.

- Drain the water from the jicama fries.
