Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh parley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
- Kaiser buns
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
How to cook:
- Preheat your George Foreman Grill with lid closed for 5-10 minutes. Combine meat, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well. Drizzle melted butter over meat mixture and mix some more.
- Make into 3 burger patties of about 3/4″ thick. Place on your Foreman Grill and grill for 5-8 minutes for medium doneness.
- Pub burgers are best served with grilled onions and special sauce.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 oz. smoked cheddar cheese
- 4 buns, split and toasted
How to cook:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Divide the mixture into 10 even sized patties.
- Cut the cheese into 15 strips.
- Press a small indent in 5 of the patties. Place three slices of cheese in the indent and cover with the other patty. Press the sides together to seal in all of the cheese.
- Preheat the Indoor/Outdoor grill on Setting 4.
- Place the burgers on the preheated grill. Place the lid on the grill.
- Grill the burgers for 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare, and 6-7 minutes per side for medium.
- Top one bun with a burger, lettuce and tomato. Serve immediately for perfectly gooey cheese.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs. fresh ground beef
- 1 package (1oz) dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 package of dinner rolls
- sliced pickles
- Deli style American cheese
How to cook:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion soup mix and bread crumbs. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined. Shape into balls approximately 1 1/4 inch in diameter.
- Preheat your George Foreman Grill for at least 5 minutes with the lid closed. Use high setting if you have it.
- Flatten meat balls into small patties and place on grill. Close lid and let grill for 1-2 minutes. Check for doneness. Sliders will grill quickly. Add cheese slices in the last 30 seconds and keep the lid open. Let the cheese melt nicely on the sliders.
- Serve on sliced dinner rolls with mustard, ketchup and of course – a couple of pickle slices.

Ingredients:
- 4 Brioche hamburger buns
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 16 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 half of a large onion diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of Swiss Cheese
How to cook:
- In a sauté pan, heat the oil over high heat. Add the mushrooms and onions; season with salt and pepper to taste; sauté until they start to caramelize then add the garlic. Sauté for another 30 seconds to 1 minute. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, the cooled mushroom mixture and a little salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands then shape into 4 patties about 8 ounces each.
- Preheat your GEORGE FORMAN ® grill to 425°F. Once grill is hot place the patties on the grill. Cook until desired doneness. About 4-7 minutes, depending on how well done you want your burger. As soon as you pull the burger off the grill, add the slice of cheese. It will melt from the heat of the burger.
- To assemble the burger: Place the burger on the bun and add your desired toppings for the burger.
