  • 100 g / 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter
  • 200 g / 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 100 g / 3.5 ounces dark chocolate ((I used 90% cocoa solids))
  • 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • optional: 1 tsp vanilla essence

How to cook:
  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave (in 30 second bursts).
  2. Remove from the stove / microwave. Stir in the peanut butter and add the sweetener to taste.
  3. Pour into a small container lined with parchment paper.
  4. Place in the freezer for ca 30 minutes until set.

  • 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil (or cocoa butter)
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-free Powdered Sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

How to cook:
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add peanut butter and coconut oil. Microwave by 30-second bursts, stirring between each until the coconut oil is melted and the ingredients are well combined.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract, unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, and salt.
  3. Stir until the mixture is consistent.
  4. Transfer into the prepared loaf pan and freeze 30-40 minutes or until the fudge is hard enough to cut without melting away.
  5. Remove the pan from the freezer, use the hanging pieces of parchment paper to pull out the fudge bar from the pan, and place it on a chopping board. Keep the piece of paper under the bars. Watch the pictures above in this post for visual help.
  6. Warm the knife blade under warm water for perfect cutting and slice into 32 squares. This fudge melts fast at room temperature, so cut it quickly.
  7. Freeze the chopping board with fudge squares on it again for 20 minutes until they harden.
  8. Serving and storage
  9. You can store all the fudge in the fridge. It lasts a week and tastes soft and delicious straight out of the fridge - or wait 3-5 minutes at room temperature for a softer texture.
  10. Alternatively, keep the fudge in an airtight box in the freezer and thaw for 5-15 minutes at room temperature before eating. It lasts up to 3 months in the freezer

  • 0.333 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.333 cup powdered sugar substitute

  • 1 tbsp butter

How to cook:
  1. In a saucepan, melt Keto Choc Dark Chocolate Bar on medium heat. When chocolate is fully melted, turn to low heat and add in heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. Mix until sugar is fully dissolved and the chocolate is a thick texture.
  2. Add Chocolate mixture to a silicone or lined 6x6 pan, place in the refrigerator to set.
  3. For the Peanut Butter fudge, follow the same directions as the chocolate – adding the butter in with the peanut butter to melt.
  4. When the chocolate layer has started to become firm on the top, after about 15 minutes in the fridge, add the peanut butter layer to the top of the chocolate fudge.
  5. Finish off the fudge by adding Keto Choc Peanut Butter Cup Bites on top of the peanut butter layer. Let the fudge fully sit in the refrigerator, about one half hour. Slice and Enjoy!
