  • 3/4 cup powdered sweetener, like Swerve
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream, or more as needed

How to cook:
  1. Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, or an electric hand mixer, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the sweetener and vanilla on low, and then increase the speed and beat until well incorporated.
  3. Add heavy cream and beat until the frosting is creamy and spreadable. You can add more or less cream to achieve your desired consistency.

  • 1 Tbl Vanilla Extract
  • 10 Drops Liquid Monk Fruit

How to cook:
  1. In a small bowl add heavy whipping cream, monk fruit, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir ingredients and taste test. Then add more sweetener if you would like.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the xanthan gum over the heavy cream mixture.
  4. With electric beaters beat the ingredients in the bowl.
  5. Beat until a silk creamy texture, as can be seen in the image below.
  6. It should only take a few minutes to get to the texture.
  7. Throughout beating the cream, check on the consistency. It can be easy to over beat the frosting. If it's overbeat it will just be a different texture but still delicious.
