  • 1 box High Key Frosted Protein Cereal
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter (unsalted)
  • 5 Tablespoons Sugar-free honey
  • ⅔ Cup Natural Peanut butter
  • ½ Cup Lily’s Semi-Sweet baking chips

How to cook:
  1. Add cereal to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Once melted, stir in the peanut butter and sugar-free honey. Once smooth, remove from heat.
  4. Allow mixture cool enough to handle, then pour into mixing bowl with cereal. Stir until well combined.
  5. Allow to cool so mixture is not hot enough to melt chocolate, then stir in about 2/3 of the chocolate chips.
  6. Press the mixture into the bottom of a well-greased 9x9 baking dish. Use a piece of parchment paper to press the mixture down to keep it from sticking to your hands.
  7. Add the remaining chocolate chips to the top.
  8. Chill for at least two hours before slicing and serving.

How to cook:

  • 4 1/2 cups Magic Spoon cereal (or keto cereal of choice*)
  • 1/2 batch our keto marshmallows
  • dark chocolate (to melt on top (suuuuper yum!))

How to cook:
  1. Please see the post on the marshmallows for full deets. Have all ingredients ready and measured out, as you don't want to be interrupted for roughly 20 minutes. Remember that marshmallows set quickly, so you'll have roughly 4 minutes max to fold in your cereal (i.e. you want to be ready!).
  2. Measure out your Magic Spoon cereal of choice into a large bowl- I used a mixture of the frosted and fruity flavors. Set aside.
  3. Line a 9x9-inch pan with foil and grease well with coconut oil. I ended up using only half of the pan for the 'rice krispie treats' and the other half for some of the leftover marshmallow mixture. Set aside while you make the marshmallows.
  4. Once the marshmallows are ready, turn mixer off, and quickly fold in about half the mixture into your cereal bowl to start. Just like regular Rice Krispie treats, you want to add ‘just enough’ marshmallow that all your cereal is covered (this is key so they actually resemble cereal bars). Transfer to the prepared baking tray, and don't worry too much about what's left behind in the whisk etc, or your marshmallows will likely set in the bowl itself (!!).
  5. Allow your marshmallows to dry, uncovered and at room temperature, for 6 hours or preferably overnight. Gently remove from pan and cut with a greased knife. In my experience keto marshmallows don't need dusting as they're not overly sticky, and a touch of coconut oil does wonders if need be. Store in an airtight container at room temp for 3-5 days (and yes, they stay crisp- its a miracle!).

  • 4 cups HighKey Frosted Protein Cereal
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup VitaFiber Syrup
  • pinch of salt

How to cook:

  2. Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the white chocolate. Continue to stir until the chocolate has melted. Once melted, stir in the cereal. Mix until combined
  3. Add a sheet of parchment paper to an 8 x 8 square baking dish or a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Scoop the crispy mixture into the parchment-lined baking dish and spread mixture evenly. Press down firmly using a spatula.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares.
