I could honestly eat pizza every single day, and this pizza chaffle is a pizza I can have u0022on the gou0022, since all of the ingredients are baked into it. The taste reminds me of pizza-flavored goldfish crackers. You can also use it as a bun around a patty made from Italian sausage. Add a slice of provolone and some pepperoncini slices for a mouth-watering keto pizza burger.

  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 TB almond flour
  • 12 pepperoni, chopped

How to cook:
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour half the the batter into a mini waffle maker, or the entire batch into a double waffle maker.

How to cook:

  6. Place chaffles on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 4-5 minutes and broil for 1 minute afterwards.
