  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon corinader
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pound lamb chops

How to cook:
  1. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the lamb chops, in a Ziploc bag. And shake to combine.
  2. Then place the lamb chops into the bag, and refrigerate for at least one hour. You will get a really nice flavor.
  3. Then place the lamb chops into the air fryer and set the temperature to 200 degrees C, or 390 degrees F., and set the time for 3 minutes, then flip them, and do for another 4 minutes.
  4. I like to eat my lamb on a medium-rare. If you would like them done, more increase the time.
  5. Plate, serve, and enjoy!

How to cook:
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 190C/370F. Grease the air fryer basket.
  2. Pat dry each lamb chop and cut off excess fat or sinew.
  3. Add the chops to a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, butter, garlic, and fresh rosemary. Toss through the chops, ensuring each one is well coated in the mix.
  4. Add the chops in a single layer in the basket. Air fryer for 7-8 minutes, flip, and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
  5. Let the meat rest for two minutes before serving.

  • 8 loin lamb chops 1 1/4" wide
  • 2 Tablespoons mustard, dijon or whole grain
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon, (any dried herb of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

How to cook:
  1. Turn on air fryer to 390° to preheat.
  2. Into a small bowl place mustard, olive oil, tarragon and lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Rinse and pat dry lamb chops with a paper towel.
  4. Brush mustard herb mixture over all sides of the lamb chops.
  5. Place lamb chops into basket with some room in between. You can do them in batches and keep on a plate covered with plastic wrap until all are finished. Alternatively you can place in a 225° oven to keep warm.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes for medium rare (turning at 8 minutes.) You don't have to turn them but I like the even color it gets by moving them around.
  7. You can use a thermometer to test for doneness. The width of the chop used can alter the cooking times. If you don't have a thermometer I use a knife to cut into one to test.

How to cook:
  1. First, add all ingredients except fresh thyme to large Ziplock bag. Shake bag until lamb chops are completely coated in olive oil and seasonings.
  2. At this point, either preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to immediately air fry OR place Ziplock bag in fridge for up to 24 hours to marinate.
  3. Once air fryer has preheated, arrange lamb chops in air fryer basket or on air fryer pan.
  4. Air fry for 7 to 10 minutes. After 7 minutes, use meat thermometer to check internal temperature of meat and add more air frying time if needed.
  5. Finally, once meat has reached desired temperature, remove from air fryer.
  6. Allow meat to rest for 5 minutes before serving and slicing into.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
