How to cook:
  1. Place the graham crackers in a food processor and pulse until they’re finally crushed.
  2. Melt your butter and add it to the food processor, mixing until the mixture resembles wet sand. You may need to pause and scrape down the sides once or twice while mixing the butter in.
  3. Pour the graham cracker mixture into a deep dish 10-inch springform pan and press it evenly across the bottom and up the sides of the pan, as far as it will go.
  4. Place the crust in the freezer until you’re ready to use it.
  5. Place each jello color in their own bowl and add 1 cup of boiling water to each bowl.
  6. Stir each bowl until no jello graininess remains and mix in the cold water. Place in the fridge for 40-50 minutes or until the jello has really thickened, but hasn’t fully set.
  7. Add 8 ounces whipped cream to each bowl and mix well until fully combined.
  8. To the yellow, add the yellow dye. Mix until no color streaks remain. Add a couple drops at a time until the desired shade of yellow has been reached.
  9. Repeat this with the pink dye with the red jello and the orange dye with the orange jello.
  10. Add the pink to the prepared crust, spread even. Repeat with the yellow layer and then the orange layer.
  11. Place in the fridge for 3 hours or until set. Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and gold sanding sugar, if desired, and enjoy!

  1. Make the Berry Blue Jello according to the package instructions. Fill your cups 1/3 full with the Berry Blue Jello (I used about 1/3 cup for my cups).
  2. Place in fridge for 1 hour (or 10 minutes in the freezer if you're in a hurry).
  3. Fill cups another 1/3 full with Cool Whip, smoothing out the top. I used about 2 tablespoons for my cups).
  4. Place in freezer.
  5. Make Cherry Jello immediately. Let cool in fridge for 20 minutes. You don't want to Jello to solidify at all, you just need it to cool down so you can pour it on top of your Cool Whip without melting it.
  6. Remove cups from freezer and jello from fridge. Fill the remainder of your cup with red jello (leave a little bit of room at the top).
  7. Refrigerate for another 20 minutes or just until jello starts to set slightly. Push one maraschino cherry with stem into the red jello, leaving the stem stick out like a little firework.
  8. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes, or until jello is firm. Enjoy!
