Ingredients:
- 1 large lemon thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup packed mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons chopped ginger
- 8 cups water

- 1 liter of mineral or filtered water
- 1 lime or lemon
- 1 cm of ginger root
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 1 whole cucumber
How to cook:
- Decide on your recipient: a mason jar, water jug or pitcher...
- Wash the vegetables. Cut the lime and the cucumber into thin slices and add to your pitcher.
- Grate the ginger and add it as well.
- Add the fresh mint and give it a good stir. Pour the water on top.
