- 2 cups beef broth (Any broth or stock will work fine.)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum

- Combine 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 cups of beef stock, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder in a skillet on medium-high heat.
