  • 1 lb fresh green beans (washed, dried & ends trimmed)
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil OR olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/3 teaspoon fine sea salt or more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper or more to taste
  • 1/8 tsp onion salt (we use the one from Trader Joe's , optional but so delicious)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup toasted chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
