Ingredients:
- 2 cups cheddar cheese ((shredded) )
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Taco Toppings: Cheese, tomatoes, avocado, etc.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Then place the cheese in approximately 1/4 cup piles that are at least 2 inches a part from each other. Then press the cheese down slightly.
- Bake for 8-11 minutes or until the edges of the cheese are slightly browned.
- Then let the cheese for approximately 2-3 minutes. Then remove the cheese from the sheet and bend it over a wooden handle that is balanced in between 2 cups.
- While the shells are cooling, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat until the beef is browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Then add in the taco seasoning and the salt. Stir everything together and cook for 3-5 minutes or heated through.
- Then add the meat to the cheese taco shells and top with your favorite taco toppings.

- 1/2 cup shredded asiago
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 large egg

- Heat a dry cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Mix the shredded cheese and coconut flour in a glass bowl.
- Microwave for one minute or until cheese is softened.
- Stir well to combine and slightly cool the cheese mix. Add in the egg and mix until a dough forms.
- Separate the dough into three equal size balls. If the dough is too dry, wet your hands to handle it until it comes together. Alternatively, if the dough is too runny, add in a teaspoon of coconut flour until it comes together.
- One at a time, flatten the ball between parchment paper until 1/8 inch thick.
- Place the tortillas on the hot cast iron skillet and heat 2-3 minutes a side until lightly browned.
- Use a spatula to remove from the heat and let them cool a little before handling.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs shredded chicken
- 1 bag of shredded lettuce
- 1 bag of shredded or grated mild cheddar cheese
- 1 bag of cabbage with carrots
- Low carb Salsa
- Low carb cilantro avocado dressing
How to cook:
- Prepare your shredded chicken either in a crockpot, instant pot, air fryer or stove top.
- When the chicken is done cooking shred chicken with a fork or using a mixer.
- Using a big enough plate make your arrangement of toppings with lettuce, cheese, cabbage, chicken, salsa and cilantro avocado dressing.
- Use low carb tortilla wraps, lettuce, or cheese for shells.
- Build your keto street tacos by piling on the toppings to your liking.
