Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken instant ramen noodles package
  • 1 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 10.5 oz cream of bacon condensed soup
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 slices bacon

How to cook:
  1. Preheat air fryer or oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Saute the mushrooms, adding garlic in the last minute of cooking.
  3. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, reserving the favoring package. Crack an egg into a bowl, drain noodles, and cover egg with hot noodles for a minute or two. Add half a tablespoon of butter on top of the noodles, and mix with the egg.
  4. Spray a oven safe glass Pyrex glass dish with olive oil or cooking spray, and add the chicken as the bottom layer.
  5. Mix milk, cream of bacon soup, and ramen flavoring package together in a bowl. Pour on top of the chicken in your casserole dish.
  6. Next add the mushrooms and garlic, and then top with the noodles.
  7. Cut two slices of bacon into small strips. Add two slices of American cheese to the top of your casserole, covering evenly. Top with sliced bacon.
  8. Cook for 10 minutes, or until bacon is cooked and cheese has browned.

How to cook:
  1. Unwrap the raman noodle packages and place the noodles in a bowl. Do not add the spices that come in the packages. Add the boiling water and let the noodles sit 5 min until soft. Drain the water and rinse noodles under cold water. Toss the noodles in a tablespoon of oil.
  2. Next step is to air fry them. Note that you have to fry the noodles in small batches at a time to get perfect crispy noodles. Cut an 8 x 8 inch foil, pinch its edges to fit into the air fryer basket. Make sure there is an inch gap towards the edges so there is room for air circulation. Also prick a few holes in the foil for air circulation.
  3. Place the oiled cooked noodles into the foil lined basket in the air fryer at 180C/350F for 15 to 20 minutes. Take the basket out half-way thru cooking to toss the noodles and place it back inside for air frying.
  4. After about 15 minutes, you will notice that the noodles have become crisp.
