- 2½ oz fresh mango (small dice )
- 3 slices fresh jalapeno
- 2½ oz mango nectar
- 2 oz El Jimador Tequila Silver (El Jimador Tequila Silver)
- 1½ oz fresh lime juice
- 1½ oz fresh orange juice
- 1½ tbsp chamoy (I use the spicy one)
- ½ tsp tajin
- 1 wedge lime

- Pour the chamoy onto one small plate and the tajin onto another small plate. Dip the rim of the glass into the chamoy then in the tajin
- Add a few ice cubes to the glass

- Muddle the fresh mango and fresh jalapeno in your cocktail shaker
- Add the mango nectar, tequila, fresh lime juice and fresh orange juice. Shake for 15 seconds then pour over ice
- Garnish

- 2 oz spicy tequila
- 3 oz mango puree
- 1 juice from lime
- chamoy to rim glass
- Tajin or spices to rim glass
How to cook:
- Dip glass into chamoy dip to rim glass then dip into spices to cover
- In a mixer, add tequila, mango juice, lime juice with ice and shake well
- Pour into glass and enjoy.

- 2 ounces Grand Marnier
- 1/4 cup simple syrup

- To your blender, add the frozen mango, tequila, grand marnier, lime juice, simple syrup and ice.
- Blender and blend the mixture on high for 30 seconds.
- If you find the margarita is too thick add a tablespoon more tequila or water to the blender.
- Blend once more on high for 15-30 seconds, or until the mixture is free of lumps.
- Run a lime wedge along the edge of your margarita glass to wet the rim and act as a glue.
- Pour the Tajín onto a salad plate and dip the rims of your margarita goblets into the Tajín to coat it thoroughly.
- Pour 1 ounce of chamoy into each margarita glass and swirl your glass to spread the chamoy throughout the glass.
- Pour your frozen mango margarita into the prepared glass and garnish with a mile wedge.

- 4 Cups Frozen Mango Chunks
- 1 Cup Ice
- 1 Cup Mango Nectar
- 1 Cup Silver Tequila
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Lime Juice ((about 4 limes))
- 1/3 Cup Triple Sec
- 1/4 Cup Orange juice
- 1/4 Teaspoon Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
- Chamoy Sauce
- Fresh Diced Mango ((Optional))
- Tajin
How to cook:
- In a blender, combine the frozen mango, 1 cup ice, mango nectar, tequila,lime juice, triple sec, orange juice, and salt and blend until smooth.
- To serve, add 1 tablespoon chamoy to the bottom of a margarita glass, pour in the frozen margarita, then top with another tablespoon chamoy, a tablespoon or two of fresh diced mango, and a sprinkle of tajín.
