Ingredients:
- Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 dash salt
- 1 16-ounce can Fruit cocktail
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ Pecans Pecans
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Butter (cut into small pieces)
- Grease for the pan

- Prepare the oven by preheating it to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Mix the vanilla, sugar, and egg together.
- After that, add the flour, baking soda, salt, and fruit cocktail. Combine well.
- Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan and pour the batter into it.
- Pecans and brown sugar are sprinkled on top.
- Then sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail (836g), drained
- 1/3 cup sugar, white
- 1/2 cup condensed milk, sweetened
- 2 pc egg yolk
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts, roasted and chopped
How to cook:
- 1. In a non-stick pan, put desiccated coconut. Cook over low heat with continuous stirring for 8 minutes or until light brown.2. Add DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, cook over medium heat with continuous stirring until dry. Add sugar. Continue cooking for 5-10 more minutes. Set aside.3. Combine milk and egg yolk. Cook, stirring constantly over low heat for 5 minutes or until thick.4. Add coconut-fruit mixture, then add cashew nuts. Cook, stirring continuously for another 30 minutes or until dry (mixture is pulling away from the pan).5. Transfer to greased tray/container (8 x 12-inch) and flatten to cover entire bottom.6. While still warm, cut into 24 bars (3.5 cm x 7.5 cm). Transfer to a plate and let cool. Wrap in cut-out wax paper then in cellophane.

How to cook:
- In the blender's bowl, mix the fruit cocktail with the water, lemon juice, maple syrup and ice cubes. You can add more water if you want a less sweet lemonade or omit the maple syrup. Serve immediately. This lemonade would also be delicious as a cocktail or mocktail!

- 2 15 oz cans of canned fruit cocktail packed in water
- 1 8 oz container of Cool Whip lite
- 1 cup of pastel mini marshmallows

- Drain the juice out of the canned fruit cocktail. Reserve 1/4 of the fruit cocktail for the top.
- Add fruit cocktail, mini marshmallows, and cool whip to a medium to large sized bowl.
- Stir or fold the cool whip together with the fruit and marshmallows until well combined.
- Serve the salad in a clear glass bowl and flatten the top out with a spatula. Add some extra marshmallows and the reserved fruit cocktail to the top of the salad. This lets people know what is in the salad.
- Makes a total of 10 servings and I used a ½ cup for each serving.
