  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 box Miss Jones Organic Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1/2 – 1 cup powdered sugar

How to cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, oil, and water. Add in the Miss Jones Organic Chocolate Cake Mix and mix to combine with a spatula (dough will be thick).
  2. Use a mini spring-loaded ice cream scoop or a spoon to portion out tablespoon-size cookies. Roll into a ball with your hands and then roll in powdered sugar.
  3. Place on baking sheet and bake for 14 – 18 minutes, or until cookies are slightly firm but not hard. Cool completely before serving

Confetti Pop Mini Cakes

We like to party, which is why finding the perfect blend of sprinkles for our Confetti Pop was something of a passion project for the MJ crew.And to celebrate our new favorite frosting, we’re stacking up some Miss Jones Organic Vanilla Cake with layer on layer on layer of colorful, perfectly poppin’ polka dots. These fun little cakes can be baked up in a snap, so better send out some invites… they’re even better when you share ‘em!Any day can be a party if you try hard enough.

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 box Miss Jones Organic Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1 jar Miss Jones Organic Confetti Pop Frosting

How to cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a half sheet tray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter. Add in Miss Jones Organic Vanilla Cake Mix and whisk until incorporated. Pour batter into the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Once completely cool, take a 4-inch cookie cutter and carefully cut out 12 even circles from the sheet cake.
  4. Place 1 cake layer, domed side down, on a platter. Spread 2 tablespoons of Miss Jones Organic Confetti Pop Frosting on top using a small spatula. Place another layer on top and spread another 2 tablespoons of frosting. Repeat with third and fourth layers.
  5. Crumble leftover cake onto each mini cake and top with any leftover sprinkles. Repeat for remaining cakes and get the party started!

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces semisweet or dark chocolate
  • 6 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup toasted coconut flakes (Toast for 3 minutes in a 350F oven)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 10-cup bundt pan. Whisk together eggs, coconut oil, and coconut milk. Add chocolate cake mix and whisk again until fully combined.
  2. Pour ⅔ of cake batter into bundt pan. Add chocolate chips in an even layer in the center of the batter, avoiding the edges. Gently top chocolate chips with remaining batter, spreading to cover. Bake cake for 35-45 minutes, or until cake bounces back when touched.
  3. Remove from oven and invert cake onto a plate after 15 minutes of cooling. Let cool completely before topping.
  4. For the topping, melt together chocolate and coconut oil, stirring until fully combined. Drizzle over completely cooled cake and top with toasted coconut flakes.

  • 2 tablespoons crushed DAGOBA Xocolatl dark chocolate

How to cook:
  1. Grab your favorite microwave-safe 12 oz. coffee mug and lightly spray with organic nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Melt coconut oil in a small bowl. Add in cake mix and water and stir until fully combined.
  3. Add cake batter to the prepared coffee mug and place in microwave on high for 30-35 seconds.
  4. Place crushed DAGOBA chocolate on top of cake. Place marshmallows on top of chocolate and place back in the microwave. Cook for another 20-25 seconds, until the cake is set, the chocolate has melted, and the marshmallows have slightly puffed and melted.
  5. Dust with drinking chocolate and dig in!
