We swapped biscuits for cinnamon rolls and added fresh berries to this dish, drizzling it all with a cream cheese-almond icing. We used a mixture of berries in this recipe, but feel free to experiment and make this monkey bread with one type of berry, like raspberries, too!

How to cook:
  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease 12-cup fluted tube cake pan.
  2. In large plastic food-storage bag, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Separate dough into a total of 16 biscuits; cut each into quarters. Shake in bag to coat. Arrange in pan. Mix brown sugar and butter; pour over biscuit pieces.
  3. Bake 47 to 52 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in center. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn upside down onto serving plate; pull apart to serve. Serve warm.

We swapped biscuits for cinnamon rolls and added fresh berries to this dish, drizzling it all with a cream cheese-almond icing.   • 2 cans (17.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Cinnamon Rolls with Original Icing (5 Count)
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 oz (from 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • Extra berries for topping, if desired

How to cook:
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Generously grease 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with shortening or cooking spray.
  2. Set aside icing from cinnamon rolls. Separate each can of dough into 5 rolls; cut into quarters, and place half of the dough pieces into large bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of the sugar; toss to coat well. Place in pan. Toss remaining dough pieces and 2 tablespoons sugar to coat well; set aside.
  3. Place berries in small bowl; add remaining 1 tablespoon sugar to berries, and toss to coat. Sprinkle berries in pan; top with remaining dough pieces. Sprinkle any remaining sugar on top of dough in pan. Pour melted butter over top.
  4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until deep golden brown on top. Cool 10 minutes; run knife around edge of pan to loosen. Place heatproof serving plate over pan, and turn over, tapping pan several times. Remove pan; cool 10 minutes.
  5. In small bowl, mix reserved icing, cream cheese and almond extract. Drizzle some of the icing over top of bread, allowing some to drizzle down sides. Top with additional berries. Pull apart to serve; serve warm with remaining icing.

How to cook:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Generously grease (with cooking spray) and then lightly flour a large, 12-cup Bundt pan.
  2. Remove the cinnamon roll dough and cut each roll into quarters.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar and then toss the cinnamon roll dough quarters in the bowl until well coated.
  4. Once coated with cinnamon sugar, add roll pieces to the prepared Bundt pan.
  5. Melt butter and stir in the brown sugar and vanilla; pour over the dough in the Bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until no longer gooey in the center. Remove and let cool for 10-15 minutes. Once it's still warm, but no longer hot, you can flip the Cinnamon Roll Monkey bread onto a plate.
  7. Transfer the icing from the can into a plastic bag. Snip off the tip with scissors and pipe it all over the cake.
