Ingredients:
  • Pre-packaged corned beef with spice packet- any size will do. I used a 3 pound corned beef
  • 6-8 large carrots-cut into 3 inch pieces
  • 1 head of cabbage- quartered
  • 6 red potatoes-quartered
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic-minced
  • 4 cups of water

How to cook:
  1. trivet
  2. Place trivet or metal rack that came with your Ninja Foodi in pot.
  3. corned beef
  4. Place corned beef on top of trivet- I rinse my corned beef first.
  5. add water
  6. Pour in 4 cups of water.
  7. add spice
  8. Sprinkle spice packet on top of corned beef.
  9. add garlic
  10. Top corned beef with garlic and spread around on the top.
  11. close lid
  12. Close pressure cooking lid-set valve to "seal" and cook on high pressure for 90 minutes
  13. quick release
  14. When timer beeps, natural release pressure for 15 minutes and then release ther remaining pressure manually.
  15. open lid
  16. Open lid and remove corned beef- set aside.
  17. remove trivet
  18. Remove trivet using tongs.
  19. add vegetables
  20. Add potatoes, carrots and cabbage to remaining water in the Ninja Foodi.
  21. close lid
  22. Close pressure cooking lid-set valve to "seal" and cook on high pressure 2-4 minutes based on your preference.
  23. open lid
  24. When timer beeps, quick release pressure and open lid.
  25. eat
  26. It's time to eat! Enjoy!

  • 4 potatoes I used russet
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 cup water

  2. Rinse meat and place in ninja foodi inner pot on the rack. Add spices on top (see notes). Close and lock the lid and cook under pressure for 90 minutes. Quick release.

  4. Meanwhile peel and cut potatoes and carrots. Cut cabbage in big wadges.

  6. Once the meat is cooked, take it out and place on the cutting board. Cover with foil. Take the rack put of the pot (keep the liquid!). Add vegetables is the same pot and cook under pressure for 6 minutes. If your veggies cut in smaller pieces cook for 5 minutes. Quick release
