Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 8-12 sausages
- 6 rashers bacon*, chopped
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 250g frozen peas (or alternative green vegetable of your choice)
- 400g passata or tinned tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 300ml vegetable stock
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper according to taste

- Seal the sausages either directly in the Ninja Foodi using the air fryer function, or, in the oil using the 'Sear/Saute' function.
- Add the onions and garlic and sear for a further 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
- Put the pressure cooker lid on and set to 'Seal.'
- Select the pressure cooker function and set it off on high pressure for 15 minutes. It will take about 10 minutes to reach pressure.
- Once the pressure cooker has finished leave it for 10 minutes to release naturally before performing a quick release.
- Remove bay leaves.
- Serve with your choice of side if required.

- In a bowl add your thick slices of onion, potatoes cut into 12 pieces each, sausage links cut into dials, garlic, olive oil and seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Toss all ingredients together in bowl. When hot spray basket with non stick spray and pour half your mixture into your air fryer basket.
- Close lid and cook for 12 minutes tossing items inside once halfway through.
- Remove and add 2nd batch. You want to cook in 2-3 batches so food doesn't overlap and they get nice and tender.

- Start by sauteeing the ground sausage, press the Saute button on the Ninja Foodi, and saute until browned.
- Drain the black beans, and then pour them in. Add in the Ro-Tel, and Velveeta Cheese seasonings, and mix well. Place the pressure cooker lid on the Foodi, and set the manual high pressure for 5 minutes. (Make sure that the valve is closed)
- Wait for the pressure to be fully released, open the lid, and stir.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Green Peppers
- 1 Cup Red Peppers
- 1 Cup Yellow Peppers
- 1 Cup Onion
- 2 TBSP Chopped Garlic
- 1 Dash Italian Seasoning (to taste)
- 1 Dash Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 6 Rolls Hoagie Rolls
- 6 Links Italian Sausage
- 1/2 cup water OPTIONAL (May add in cornstarch pre mixed with a little water then add to the pot for thickness desired. )
How to cook:
- Lightly drizzle olive oil on the bottom of the Ninja Foodi- pressure cooker inner pot.
- Turn on saute option and let heat up in just under a minute.
- Saute your onions, peppers and garlic until a light golden brown.
- Add crushed tomatoes, water (OPTIONAL) and your sausage to the pot. I use a fork so that the sausage has a light poke in it. You know how sausage can be, even lower fat kind tend to bust open.
- Add your Italian season, salt and pepper.
- Cook on High Pressure Manual for 20 minutes. Let Natural release.
- Dinner is ready to be served on a fresh hoagie roll topped with mozzarella and a side salad. Enjoy.
