Ingredients:
- ¼ cup butter
- 4 pieces eggs
- 1 can condensed milk (390g)
- 1 ¾ cup all-flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- powdered white sugar
How to cook:
- Using a manual egg beater, mix lightly the butter together with the eggs in a big bowl. You can use melted butter for easy and faster mixing.
- Then, add the condensed milk. Mix thoroughly until it comes uniform in color and smooth in texture.
- Get a sieve and sift in the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Whisk the mixture until it becomes a pale yellow batter.
- Prepare the baking pan with lined parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and tap thrice to get rid of the air bubbles in the mixture.
- Now, preheat the wok for 10 minutes. Put a heat-resistant metal pan holder in the middle then lay the baking pan with the batter. Cover with a fitting wok lid and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the toothpick, used to poke the middle, comes out clean.
