Ingredients:
- 1 box (16 ounces) elbow macaroni 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce 3 cans (15 ounces) stewed tomatoes 1 tablespoon sugar
How to cook:
- In a large pot, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, but stop short of al dente. Drain the macaroni and return it to the pot. Add the tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, and sugar to the drained macaroni, stirring it all together so the macaroni is well coated with sauce. Continue to cook the macaroni for about 10 more minutes for the flavors to combine. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Macaroni, uncooked
- 1lb fresh Tomatoes
- ½ cup Onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Bacon Grease
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
How to cook:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
- Chop onion.
- Dice tomato into small pieces.
- Place a medium sized sauce pan, over Medium heat, on your stovetop.
- Add bacon grease.
- Add onion.
- Add tomatoes.
- Add salt
- Add black pepper.
- Add sugar.
- Stir ingredients together and cook gently until onions are translucent.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pot.
- Stir together, continue to cook for about 5 minutes more.
- Remove from heat.
- Cover the pot with a lid.
- Let sit for 15-25 minutes before serving.

- Heat a medium Dutch oven over medium heat. Once hot, add the butter and melt it. Add the garlic and dried spices to the melted butter, and saute until aromatic (about 2 minutes).

- Cook for about 15 minutes. Give the pasta a stir every few minutes to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
- Once the liquid is all or almost all absorbed, add in the tomatoes and stir. Let the tomatoes heat for about 3 minutes, and serve.
