  • 1 pound peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Zest and juice of half a lemon
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • Generous pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Italian parsley

How to cook:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and have ready an 8x8" baking dish or a small casserole dish.
  2. Pat each shrimp dry with paper towels and transfer it to the baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, lemon zest and juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp, cover tightly with aluminum foil, and bake for 15-18 minutes -- just until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
  5. Garnish with the chopped parsley, serve, and enjoy!

  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 small shallot, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, soft
  • 6 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Fine sea salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 lemon
How to cook:
  1. Heat toaster oven to broil. Line the toaster oven tray with foil.
  2. Stir together the garlic, shallot, parsley and soft butter.
  3. Season the shrimp on both sides with salt and pepper and generously brush each side with garlic butter.
  4. Place shrimp on the foil-lined tray and bake for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on size, until the shrimp just turns opaque. Finish with fresh-squeezed lemon juice.
