Ingredients:
- 2 tsp yeast
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp water (warm)
- ½ cup milk (lukewarm)
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1 ½ to 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp butter (soft)
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- Mini marshmallows (as desired)
- Chocolate chips (as desired)
- Chocolate sauce (optional)
How to cook:
- Begin by heating your water and milk until they are lukewarm to the touch. Do you want them to be warm, but not hot. Add the warmed milk and water to your mixing bowl, along with sugar and yeast. Stir to combine, then allowed to sit for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the mixture begins to foam.
- In salt, oil, and flour. Stir to combine. Form into a ball, then coat the outside of the ball in a drizzle of oil.
- If you have enough time, we highly recommend covering the Dow with a damp cloth and place it in a warm dry location to allow it to rise until doubled in size.
- Roll your dough out onto a lightly flowered surface, until it reaches your desired shape. Transfer the dough to your pizza pan, and pre-bake your pizza crust at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until the top of your dough begins to turn a golden brown.
- Remove your baked pizza crust from the oven and set it aside. In a separate mixing bowl, combine all of your filling ingredients and stir to combine. Poor for filling out onto your pre-baked pizza crust, and smooth to cover.
- Marshmallow, and chocolate chip toppings on top of the filling, to cover the pizza.
- Preheat your oven to a low broil. When preheated, insert your assembled s’more pizza, for a minute or two, just until your marshmallows begin to turn golden. Be sure to keep a close eye on your pizza, so that it does not burn. Every oven cooks differently, so watch your pizza very carefully.
- When your marshmallows have begun to turn golden, remove the pizza from the oven, drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired, then serve while warm and enjoy.
