  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ tsp raw ground vanilla (or 1 tsp pure vanilla extract)
  • Fresh sliced strawberries
  • cacao nibs
How to cook:
  1. Blend all ingredients in a power blender into an ice cream consistency (use your tamper if using a Vitamix to help you along. If you don’t have a power blender, use a food processor instead). Spoon into a bowl, sprinkle with toppings & enjoy!

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit of choice or 2 more frozen bananas
  • 1/4-1/3 cup fresh juicy fruit or liquid of choice ((ex. dragon fruit / almond milk) )
  • 1/4-1/2 cup coconut cream or nut butter ((optional, to make it creamy))
How to cook:
  1. Place liquid or cream/nut butter on bottom of machine by blades to help them blend smoothly
  2. Then place remaining ingredients on top
  3. Blend in a HIGH POWERED blender or food processor starting on low speed gradually increasing to medium speed, using the tamper if available or stopping machine to scrape down sides, until fully blended thick and creamy. Enjoy!
