- 1 package dried beef
- 4 whole kosher dill pickles, drained (large)
How to cook:
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese. Finely chop dried beef and stir into cream cheese. Finely chop dill pickles and stir into cream cheese mixture. Chill. Serve with crackers. As tasty as pickle roll-ups, but much easier.

- 6 baby dill pickles
- 4 oz deli ham, sliced thick
- 8 oz cream cheese ((softened))
- Ritz Crackers ((for serving))
How to cook:
- Drain the pickles and chop them into small pieces. Also chop deli ham into similar sized pieces.
- Put the pickles & ham into a medium sized bowl and stir until well combined. Add the cream cheese and stir until the mixture is well incorporated.
- Serve with crackers. Watch people spread this stuff on crackers and devour it.
