Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. pork belly (sliced)
- 1 piece Knorr Pork Cube
- 1 can pineapple chunk (20 oz.)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 piece onion (chopped)
- 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste

- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry pork belly until color turns light brown. Flip it over to cook the opposite side.
- Add onion and garlic. Stir and saute until onion softens.
- Pour soy sauce into the pan. Stir and continue cooking for 1 minute.
- Pour-in juice from the canned pineapple chunk and add 1 cup water. Let boil.
- Add Knorr Pork Cube. Cover and cook using low heat until pork tenderizes.
- Add brown sugar and half of the pineapple chunks in the can. Stir and cook until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and ground black pepper as needed. Continue cooking until sauce evaporates completely.
- Add remaining pineapple. Stir.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Serve!

- 2 lbs pork butt or loin (about 1 kilo)
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 cup beef broth

- Mix the pineapple juice, sugar, and soy sauce in a large bowl
- Marinate pork with the pineapple juice, sugar, and soy sauce mixture for about 1 to 3 hours
- Remove the pork from the marinade and set the remaining mixture aside

- Combine pineapple juice and soy sauce. Stir. Place the ham hock in a large resealable bag and then pour the mixture into it. Let the air out of the bag and seal. Place inside the refrigerator. Marinate overnight.
- Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion and garlic.
- Add marinated pork once the onion softens and the garlic starts to brown. Cook one side for one minute. Turn it over and continue to cook for another minute.
- Pour remaining marinade into the pan. Add water. Let boil.
- Add Knorr Pork Cube. Stir. Cover the pan. Cook between low to medium heat for 1 hour.
- Turn the ham hock over. Continue to cook in a covered pan for another hour.
- Add brown sugar and pineapple slices.
- Cover and continue to cook for 15 minutes.
- Season with ground black pepper. Cook until the sauce reduces to half.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Serve. Share and enjoy!

- 2 cups Fresh pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Silver Swan Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 8 cups Water
