- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 ounces chopped cooked ham
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ medium head cabbage, cored and chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ham and onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent, about 8 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add cabbage; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add broth and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 8 minutes.
- Uncover and continue to cook until cabbage is tender, about 5 more minutes.

Ingredients:
- Half a head of cabbage
- 4 slices of oven roasted ham
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
How to cook:
- Cut out center stem of cabbage and then chop cabbage head into 1 inch wide strips. Wash, drain, and set aside.
- Cut ham slices into 1/2 inch strips.
- Turn wok heat to high and add sesame oil. Put in ham slices and stir fry for a couple minutes to bring out the aroma of the ham.
- Add the cabbage and stir fry until cabbage is evenly coated with the sesame oil. Add the chicken broth and then cover wok to let the cabbage steam for 3 minutes.
- Uncover to see if the cabbage has softened and turned a nice green color. Salt to taste and stir fry until well combined. Plate and serve.
