  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 16 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed and divided

How to cook:
  1. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and extract until creamy. Mix in 1 cup pie filling.
  2. Fold in 3 cups Cool Whip gently.
  3. Spread 2 Tablespoons of the remaining Cool Whip on the bottom of an 8x8 pan.
  4. Dip 16 Oreos, one at a time, in the milk and place in prepared pan.
  5. Spread half of cream cheese mixture on top of the cookies.
  6. Repeat again with the rest of the Oreos. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread the rest of Cool Whip on top and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish with the extra pie filling right before serving, if desired.

How to cook:
  1. Set aside 4 strawberries for top decoration later.
  2. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
  3. Dice remaining strawberries and place them into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add can of sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and half a tub of Cool Whip whipped topping. Mix well.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  6. Add melted butter and crushed Oreo's together in a separate bowl and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle Oreo's in pan on top of cool whipped mixture. (you can double this part if you like more crunch), which makes the bottom layer.
  8. Cover ice box cake with foil and freeze for a min of four hours or overnight.
  9. Remove cake from pan by inverting onto a plate and add whipped topping to top of the cake.
  10. When ready to serve, pipe remaining whipped topping in a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Alternatively, you can also use a can of whipped topping for swirls.
  11. Slice reserved strawberries into quarters and add to the top with fresh mint.
  12. Slice ice box cake immediately and serve.
