How to cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with a parchment paper sling.
  2. Crush the graham crackers in a food processor until they are coarse crumbs. Add the melted butter and stir with a fork until the crumbs are moistened. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Sprinkle the coconut over the graham cracker crumb layer. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and butterscotch chops evenly over the coconut and graham cracker layers. Evenly sprinkle the walnuts on top, then pour the sweetened condensed milk over everything, being sure to try to cover the entire pan evenly and not too much of the sweetened condensed milk pool in one place.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes until lightly browned around the edges and the middle is just barely set. Let cool for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars and serving.
  5. Leftovers will keep on the counter at room temperature for 5-7 days in an airtight container or in the freezer for up to 2-3 months.

Cuisine: American
Number of ingredients: 7
Ingredients:
  • 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter
  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can (15 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

  • Serving Size: 1 serving
How to cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place the butter in the baking dish. Put the dish in the oven for 3–5 minutes, or until the butter is just melted. Take care not to let the butter turn brown.
  3. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the butter in an even layer (it doesn't have to be perfect).
  4. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the graham cracker crumbs. Again, it doesn't have to be perfect—the milk will spread out in the oven.
  5. Sprinkle the coconut evenly on top, then top with the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top, then press the bars lightly with your hands or a spatula. This ensures that the toppings will stick to the crust.
  7. Bake for 25–28 minutes, or until the bars are golden brown on the edges. Let cool, then run a knife around the edges to loosen them from the pan. Cut into squares and serve.
