Ingredients:
- 12 oz / 350 g fresh strawberry (hulled and halved)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 egg whites (from very fresh eggs)
- a splash of lemon juice
- fine sea salt

- Using a food processor or a blender, mix together strawberries and honey until very smooth. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Whisk in Greek yogurt.
- In another clean and dry bowl, add egg whites, a splash of lemon and a tiny pinch of salt. Using a stand or hand mixer, whisk until eggs form a stiff peak. When turning the bowl upside-down, the eggs should stay still. Make sure you don't over-whisk though.
- Using a wooden spoon or a spatula, mix one third of the egg whites with the strawberry mixture. Mix in the remaining egg whites very gently, to make sure you don't break the air bubbles and the mousse is airy.
- Transfer into 6 containers and refrigerate overnight, or at least for 4 to 6 hours.

- 1 Strawberry Muller Light Yoghurt
- 1 Sachet of Sugar Free Jelly Crystals
- 250 grams of Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
- 10 Strawberries

- Blend 7 of the strawberries add to the mixture.
- Gradually add the greek yoghurt whilst continually whisking until it is wellblended together.
- Serve into dishes and place into the fridge to set. For 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Slice and garnish with the remaining 3 strawberries

A quick and simple Slimming World strawberry mousse!

Ingredients:
- 1 Sachet of Hartleys Strawberry Sugar Free Jelly
- 80mls Boiling Water
- 1 Pot Strawberry Muller Light
- 1 Pot Fat Free Greek Yogurt (200ml approx)
Nutrition:
- Calories: 275 kcal
- In a bowl mix your jelly and boiling water until the jelly crystals are completely dissolved.
- Allow to cool slightly, and add your two yogurts.
- With either an electric or hand whisk, whisk the mixture for a couple of minutes to help add air and froth it up slightly.
- Pour into individual ramekins, or one large bowl if you wish, and put in to the fridge for up to an hour.
- Serve with fresh strawberries!

This Strawberry Yoghurt Mousse With Berry Coulis is so easy to prepare, yet makes a fantastic looking dessert for family and friends.

Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons powdered gelatine
- 60 mls water
- 150 g strawberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How to cook:
- Sprinkle gelatine over water and leave to soften for a few minutes. Set bowl of gelatine mixture over a bowl or pan of hot water and stir until gelatine is dissolved and liquid is clear.
- Set aside one strawberry per serve, hull and slice the rest.
- Combine sliced strawberries, yoghurt, dissolved gelatine and half the maple syrup in a small serving dish. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, thaw raspberries, mash with a fork and stir through remaining maple syrup and lemon juice. Slice reserved strawberry, combine with raspberry sauce and pour over mousse.
