So easy to prep the night before; so that is ready to eat straight from the pot the next morning. Made using oats and raspberries, mixed with fat-free yoghurt, keeping it low calorie and syn free on a Slimming World diet.   • 40 grams (1/2 cup) Oats (Any oats can be used (see post for more detail))
  • 140 grams (1/2 cup) Fat-free Yoghurt (plain (use soya or coconut yoghurt for vegan friendly option))
  • 8 (1/2 cup) Raspberries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) Coconut milk (Or any other milk or 60ml more yoghurt instead)
  • 1 tsp Sweetener
  • 1 splash Vanilla Extract (or prefered flavouring)

How to cook:
  1. Oats
  2. Place the rolled oats, greek yoghurt into a lidded container.
  3. Flavouring
  4. Then add raspberries, coconut milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  5. Shake
  6. Place the lid on top giving a good shake to mix together.Place in the fridge overnight and let the flavours soak into the oats softening them up ready for the next day's breakfast.
  7. Sweetener
  8. If you like it sweeter then add more sweetener!
  9. Serve with more fresh fruit.

Ingredients:
  • 40 g Porridge oats
  • 200 g Fat Free Natural Yogurt / Alpro Plain Yogurt
  • 50 g Frozen Winter Mixed Fruit
How to cook:
  1. Weigh out all ingredients separately and have in a bowl.
  2. Now you need to layer the ingredients, start by taking half of the oats and putting into the bottom of the jar, then half the yoghurt and the frozen mixed fruit, repeat until all the ingredients have been used.
  3. Put the lid on the jar and store in the fridge until morning.
  4. Enjoy your Overnigt Oats at home, work, school or university.

  • any sliced or diced fruit, frozen fruit is perfect as once it begins to defrost there’s lot’s of juices

  2. layer the mixture & fruit in a bowl or jar & cover with a lid or clingfilm & leave in the fridge overnight
