Ingredients:
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 jars of pasta sauce ((24 ounce each))
- 1 pound spaghetti noodles
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated or powder)
- 4 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 14.5 oz can chicken broth (low sodium)

- Brown Italian sausage in medium skillet. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Drain grease and set sausage aside.
- Pour one jar of pasta sauce on the bottom of your crock pot. Break spaghetti noodles in half and place on top of sauce. Put sausage on top of noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cut cream cheese into little chunks and put in crock pot on top of Parmesan cheese. Pour another jar of pasta sauce over the cream cheese.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring a few times throughout cooking time.
- After three hours stir spaghetti mixture. Pour last jar of pasta sauce and chicken broth into crock pot. Replace lid and cook on low for one hour.

- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup onion ((one small onion), diced)
- 2 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. dried leaf oregano

- 1 lb. dried spaghetti (cooked according to package directions.)

- Add everything to the slow cooker (except spaghetti and cheese), stir.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
- Toward the end of the cooking time, prepare the noodles according to the package directions.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and add the to the sauce, stirring well.
- Turn off the slow cooker immediately after adding the noodles, they will continue to cook if left on and will turn mushy.
- Serve the pasta topped with parmesan cheese and enjoy!

- 8 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 pound Italian sausage (about 4 links), removed from casings
- 1 (8-oz.) container refrigerated pre-chopped onion-and-bell pepper mix
- 2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (24-oz.) jar fire-roasted tomato and garlic pasta sauce
- 1 (16-oz.) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8-oz.) package shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 4 ounces fontina cheese, shredded

How to cook:
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water in a large Dutch oven according to package directions. Drain and return to pan.
- Meanwhile, brown sausage, bell pepper mix, and garlic in oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 8 to 10 minutes or until meat crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain. - Spray the insert of the slow cooker with cooking spray.
- In a skillet pan, over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, Italian sausage, onion, and salt. Cook and crumble until meat is browned. Drain grease. Add into the slow cooker.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and stir together. Cover with lid and cook on LOW heat for 7-8 hours.
- Serve over pasta noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Leftovers freeze really well. I put extra spaghetti sauce in a quart-sized Ziploc freezer bag.
