- 8 oz. Cool whipped Fat free Topping 14 points
- 1 Fiber One 70 calorie chocolate fudge brownie 2 points
- 1/2 package Jello chocolate reduced calorie instant pudding & pie filling 2 points
How to cook:
- Thaw out a whole container of fat free cool whip (sugar free or lite is more points), mix in half a packet of chocolate sugar free fat free jello mix, then mix in 1 fiber one brownie (save a little bit to crumble on top). I put mine back in the freezer but it will stay fresh in the fridge for 2 weeks.

- 1 tube pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
- 2/3 packet instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c. whole milk
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 container Cool Whip (8 oz.)
- 1/3 packet instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 c. crumbled brownie pieces (either store-bought or leftover homemade ones)

How to cook:
- Make the crust: Preheat oven to 350° and grease the bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate. Cover with chocolate chip cookie dough and bake for 16 to18 minutes. Shortly after taking it out of the oven, use a measuring cup to press down dough so it forms a gooey crust. Place in the refrigerator to cool.
- Make the pudding: Whisk 2/3 packet of pudding mix with milk. Refrigerate 5 minutes to set, then pour into cooled cookie crust. Cover pudding with a layer of Oreo cookies.
- Make the whipped cream: In another bowl, mix Cool Whip with remaining 1/3 packet pudding mix. Fold in crumbled brownies, and pour the mixture on top of the pie. Garnish with more brownie pieces. Refrigerate for 4 hours, then drizzle with chocolate sauce just before serving.

This is a chocolate-lover's dream dessert! Plan ahead the brownies must be baked and refrigerated until completely cold before slicing, I advise to make the brownies a day in advance. Prep time does not include making the brownies. You can use all chocolate pudding if desired.

- Prepare a large glass trifle bowl or a large glass serving bowl.
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the browninie mix according to package directions.
- Bake in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan until brownies test done.
- Cool to room temperature then refrigerate until completely cold.
- When the brownies are cold cut into about 2-1/2-inch squares.
- Prepare chocolate and cream cheese pudding separately in two bowls using 2-3/4 cups milk for each.
- Line the bottom of the trifle bowl with HALF of the brownie cubes.
- Pour the prepared chocolate pudding over the brownies then sprinkle with 1/3 of the crushed cookies.
- Cover with one 8-ounce container of the Cool Whip topping.
- Layer the remaining brownie cubes over the Cool Whip, then pour the cream cheese pudding over the Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle 1/3 of the crushed cookies over the cream cheese pudding, then top with the second 8-ounce container of Cool whip topping.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed cookies over the Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.

- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz) Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip Topping, thawed
- 6 squares Semi-sweet baking chocolate
How to cook:
- Prepare brownies according to box directions. Whisk milk and pudding mix 2 minutes.
