- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 6 Snickers candy bars, chopped into small chunks (or 20 fun size snickers)
- 1 lb small pretzels, for dipping

- cream the cream cheese until fluffy.
- add brown sugar and cream until well blended.

- Garnish with chopped peanuts, shaved chocolate, or even a carmel drizzle if you feel the need to dress it up!
- serve with mini pretzels.

Ingredients:
- 250 g light cream cheese, room temp
- ½ cup icing (powdered / confectioners) sugar
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter ((notes))
- ⅓ cup whipping cream
- 35 g milk chocolate (a small handful)
- ¼ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or notes)
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts
- 1 snickers bar (finely chopped)

- Melt the chocolate and 1 tablespoon of cream together in a bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well until smooth, then set aside.
- Put the cream cheese in the bowl of a mixer and sift over the icing sugar. Beat well until smooth. Add the peanut butter and remaining cream and mix for another minute or two until nice and creamy.
- Mix in the snickers pieces (make sure it is chopped into very small pieces).
- Place half of the cream cheese mixture in a serving dish. Cover with half of the caramel sauce and half of the chocolate ganache. Now do a second layer of cream cheese, followed by ganache and caramel. Sprinkle over the chopped peanuts and remaining pieces of snickers.
- Devour straight away with cookies, pretzels, sliced apple or strawberries. If serving it later, keep it in the fridge but take it out of the fridge at least ½¼ an hour before you want to serve so the ganache and caramel soften up.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 16 fun sized Snickers bars (divided)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (regular or low-fat, room temperature)
- 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
How to cook:
- Place butter and 12 fun sized Snickers bars in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir often until the Snickers have melted. (The mixture won’t be totally smooth and it will be thick.) Remove from heat and cool a few minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and marshmallow fluff in a large bowl with a hand mixer. Beat in melted snickers and powdered sugar. Thinly chop remaining fun sized Snickers bars and stir them into the mixture. Place in a bowl to cool. Serve with apple slices, pretzels, graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, or any other dippers.
- Good warm or room temperature. Store in refrigerator, but dip needs to come to room temperature to be soft enough for dipping.
