- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1-2 teaspoons chili garlic paste
- 1 5-ounce salmon filet
How to cook:
- Combine soy sauce, honey and chili garlic paste in a small covered container and shake well to mix (you may need to heat for a few seconds in the microwave to soften the honey).
- Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add the salmon and pour the glaze over the top. Cover and heat over medium until cooked through, just a few minutes. Uncover and let glaze thicken slightly.
- Serve salmon over rice or quinoa with glaze spooned over the top.

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons brown mustard (I use spicy brown mustard)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or use brown sugar)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or juice from ½ lemon)
- 1 serrano pepper (diced (or use even hotter peppers to really spice things up - optional, for extra spicy))
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Red pepper flakes to taste (use ¼ to 1 teaspoon, or to taste)
- 2 6- ounce salmon fillets

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Chinese Five Spice
- 1 tbsp Sea Salt/Jumbo
- Handful of Fresh Chopped Coriander/Cilantro
- 4-6 Salmon Fillets ((Descaled, washed and patted dry))
How to cook:
- Preheat oven to 180°c/350F
- Place the sweet chilli sauce, honey, chinese five spice, salt/jumbo and coriander/cilantro in a bowl and mix.
- Squeeze half of the lemon in the mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour as much of the mixture over the salmon fillets as you would like, ensuring the fillets are completely covered.
- Leave to marinade for an hour in the fridge if preferred, then bring back to room temperature before cooking.
- Place fillets on a roasting tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until done. Ensuring you don't overcook them.
- Enjoy served with some lightly sauteed vegetables like Bok Choy, kale or anything you'd like.

- 4 tbs p Amoy dark soy sauce
- 4 x 150g salmon fillets
- 1 1/2 tbs p runny honey
- 15 g root ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
How to cook:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas 7. Mix together Amoy soy sauce with honey, ginger, garlic and chilli. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking tray and spoon the sauce over the fillets. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until the salmon is just cooked, and serve with noodles.
