Ingredients:
- 3 lbs. pork belly (sliced into large cubes)
- 2 lbs. chicken (cut into serving pieces)
- 1/4 cup coconut vinegar
- 8 to 10 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 head garlic (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon whole peppercorn
- 4 cups water
- 1 piece beef cube or beef bouillon
- 6 pieces dried bay leaves
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Nutrition:
- Serving Size: 8 g
- Combine soy sauce, garlic, whole peppercorn, and bay leaves in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Add the pork and chicken slices. Toss until the ingredients are well blended.
- Cover and place inside the fridge to marinate for at least 3 hours. You can also marinate overnight.
- Heat oil in a large and wide pan.
- Once the oil gets hot, add the marinated pork and chicken including the remaining marinade. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until the meat browns.
- Pour water and let boil.
- Add the beef cube. Stir. Cover and cook in low heat for 60 minutes or until the meat gets very tender.
- Pour-in the vinegar. Let boil. Cook until the the liquid almost evaporates.
- Add salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve. Share and enjoy!

- 7 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 can Sprite (or similar soda pop)
- 1 piece onion (minced)
- 5 pieces dried bay leaves
- 1 ½ teaspoons whole peppercorn
- 5 cloves garlic (crushed)
- ½ cup water
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil

- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce and Sprite with the pork belly. Mix well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate. Let the pork marinate for at least 6 hours.
- Using a kitchen sieve, drain the marinade out of the bowl. Set it aside.
- Heat oil in a cooking pot
- Once the oil becomes hot, saute garlic until light brown
- Add onion. Continue to saute until soft
- Add pork belly. Stir and cook until light brown
- Pour the marinade (Sprite and soy sauce). Cover the pot and let boil.
- Add whole peppercorn and dried bay leaves. Cover the pot and continue to cook for 30 minutes in medium heat.
- Pour vinegar into the pot. Let the liquid re-boil. Stir. Cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Note: add water if needed.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with rice.

- Start to boil the eggs by placing in a cooking pot with water. Turn on the heat and bring to a rapid boil. Turn the heat off when the water starts to boil rapidly. Let the egg stay submerged in hot water for 10 minutes. Discard the hot water and pour-in cold water right away to stop the eggs from cooking through residual heat. Add ice cubes and let it stay for 10 minutes. Peel and set aside.
- Cook the pork adobo by heating oil in a cooking pot. Add crushed garlic. Cook until light brown.
- Separate the marinade from the pork belly. Set it aside. Put pork in the pan. Cook until light to medium brown.
- Pour marinade into the pan. Add water. Let the mixture boil.
- Add Knorr Pork Cube, whole peppercorn, and dried bay leaves. Cover and cook between low to medium heat for 1 hour or until the pork is tender.
- Pour vinegar and add brown sugar into the pan. Stir. Turn the heat off. You can add the peeled eggs or serve it separately with the pork adobo.

- 2 lbs. pork (sliced in 2x2 inch cubes)
- 6 pieces boiled eggs (shell removed)
- 9 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 6 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 tablespoons granulated white sugar

- In a mixing bowl, combine pork slices with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Coat the pork with soy sauce and then marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat a wide cooking pot and then pour-in the cooking oil.
- When the oil becomes hot, put-in the garlic. Add the whole pepper corn and dried bay leaves. Continue cooking until the color of the garlic becomes light to golden brown.
- Add the pork along with the remaining marinade and sherry. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Pour-in remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Let boil and then simmer for about 40 minutes.
- Put-in the vinegar. Allow to re-boil.
- Add the sugar and then stir.
- Put-in the boiled eggs and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving plate.
