- 1½ cup plain yogurt, not Greek style
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup strawberries
- (Optional) 1-3 tbsp almond milk to thin out the mixture
How to cook:
- In a blender, blend the yogurt and the strawberries
- In a jar, mix the blended yogurt-strawberry mixture, the oats and chia seeds and cover with the lid
- Let seat in your fridge overnight or at least for 4 hours
- Before you serve it, thin it out with almond milk to get the consistency that you like
- Top with strawberries and enjoy
