  • 1½ cup plain yogurt, not Greek style
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • (Optional) 1-3 tbsp almond milk to thin out the mixture
How to cook:
  1. In a blender, blend the yogurt and the strawberries
  2. In a jar, mix the blended yogurt-strawberry mixture, the oats and chia seeds and cover with the lid
  3. Let seat in your fridge overnight or at least for 4 hours
  4. Before you serve it, thin it out with almond milk to get the consistency that you like
