  • ½ 1 oz. Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Salad® Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 box (16 ounces) Rotini (corkscrew) pasta
  • 3 green onions
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons capers

How to cook:
  1. Step 1
  2. In a small bowl, mix Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet with milk and mayonnaise. Slowly whisk the dressing together with the oil until emulsified. Set aside.
  3. Step 2
  4. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cool water and drain.
  5. Step 3
  6. In a large bowl, combine the pasta and the remaining ingredients.
  7. Step 4
  8. Add the dressing and toss until well coated.
  9. Step 5
  10. Chill covered for 1 hour before serving.

  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garden cucumber
  • 8 ounces salami
  • 8 ounces provolone
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • 1 pound tricolor tortellini
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley® Cucumber Ranch
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
