- 100 grams Light Tasty/ Cheddar Cheese
- 30 grams Paramesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 80 g brown onion
- 1 tbsp margarine light
- 200 grams bacon, diced
- 250 grams Lite milk
- 1 tbsp mustard, seeded
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 to taste salt
- 1 to taste pepper
- 1 heaped tbsp cornflour
- sour cream, To Taste
