  • 2 cups tequila
  • 1 cup triple sec
  • ¾ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¾ cup sweetened lime juice
  • 3 cups ice
  • kosher salt
  • 8 lime wedges

How to cook:
  1. Combine the tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, sweetened lime juice, and ice in a large pitcher; stir.

Is there anything as refreshing as a chilled margarita? This is my favorite recipe and I think the amaretto and triple sec really enhance the tequila.

Ingredients:
  • 12 oz. top-shelf tequila
  • 4 oz. amaretto
  • 4 oz. triple sec
  • 12 oz. can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 2-3 cups club soda, depending on how strong you prefer your margaritas, adjust to your taste
  • Kosher salt
  • limes for moistening the rims of the cocktail glasses
  • sliced limes for garnishing the cocktails
How to cook:
  1. Combine the tequila, amaretto, and triple sec with the limeade concentrate and club soda in your favorite margarita pitcher. Chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve your guests.
  2. Cut the limes in half, then use each half to moisten the rims of the cocktail glasses; dip each glass into kosher salt to coat the rims.
  3. Add ice to the salted cocktail glasses, then pour the prepared pitcher margaritas over the ice. Garnish each cocktail with fresh lime slices, as desired. Serve at once!

  • 4 oz. Don Roberto Plata Tequila
  • 2 oz. Grand Garrone
  • 1 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 750 ml bottle of chilled Prosecco
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges (optional)
  • 1 tbsp coarse salt (optional)
How to cook:
