- Start by adding the ground turkey to a pan, or pick up this air fryer silicone liner, that I love, and use frequently in my air fryer. Or use a regular baking pan, that fits into the air fryer, but leaves enough space to allow the hot air to flow around the ground turkey.
- Add your oil, and seasonings, and mix well.
- Set the pan into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 370 degrees F, and cook for 5 minutes, then stir the turkey, and continue to air fry for another 4 to 5 minutes.
- Before you remove the ground turkey, make sure that you check the internal temperature of the turkey, when the internal temperature reads 165 degrees F, you can safely remove the ground turkey.

- Form the turkey into 4 patties about 4” wide. Spray both sides with oil. If you have a smaller air fryer, you’ll have to cook in two batches.

- Spray the air fryer basket/tray with oil or line with a non-stick perforated silicone liner in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air Fry at 380°F/193°C for a total time of 10-12 minutes. After the first 6 minutes, flip the patties. Continue to Air Fry at 380°F/193°C for another 4-6 minutes or until its internal temperature is 165°F/74°C or cooked to your preferred doneness. If your patty is thicker, you many need to cook for a few more minutes. For best juiciness, cover the patties and let rest for 3 minutes.
