  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 package (1/4 ounce) quick-rise yeast
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • TOPPINGS:
  • 6 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, well drained
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon each garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil and pepper
  • 1 pound bulk Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 48 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce with meat
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 4 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 1 (16 ounce) package shredded pizza cheese blend
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust

  • ¼ cup olive oil
How to cook:
  1. Let your dough ball sit at room temperature for 1 hour before use.
  2. Pour a portion of your oil into a well-seasoned 12- by 18-inch steel pan.
  3. Place your dough into the center of the pan and pour the rest of the oil over the top of your pizza.
  4. Using the flat part of your fingers on both hands, press down the dough.
  5. Stretch your dough to the corners as far as you can and let your dough sit covered with plastic wrap at room temperature for 45 minutes.
