  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 package (16.5 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1/4 cup toffee bits
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 package (16.5 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • zest of 1 large orange
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1 package (16.5 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves

How to cook:
  1. For the Ginger Doodles
  2. In a bowl, combine cookie dough, ground ginger, and ground cloves.
  3. In a small bowl, combine sugar and ground cinnamon.
  4. Roll about 1 tablespoonful of dough into balls and then roll in cinnamon sugar until coated.

  • 1 package of Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie mix
  • 1 stick of butter (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbs all-purpose flour (plus extra for your cutting board)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 4 graham crackers
How to cook:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F
  2. Prepare your sugar cookie dough per the instructions on the Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie mix.
  3. Flour your surface and your rolling pin and roll your sugar cookie dough out to about 12 inches.
  4. Use a round plate or bowl as a guide to shape your pizza and using a sharp knife cut around it.
  5. Place your dough onto a lightly greased pizza tray and put it into the oven for 11-minutes.
  6. Turn off your oven and turn your broiler onto high. Move your oven tray to the level underneath the broiler.
  7. While the cookie is still warm add chocolate chips to the top, and then add marshmallows on top of those.
  8. Put your pizza back under the broiler, don't walk away though. As soon as the marshmallows start expending and going brown remove the tray from the oven.
