Ingredients:
- 1 pound VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 pound breakfast pork sausage, cooked, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can ROTEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained

- Calories: 62 cal
- In a medium skillet, over medium heat, cook the pork sausage until no longer pink.
- Break up the sausage into small pieces and drain any liquid or fat.
- Cut Velveeta into 1/2- inch cubes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together the cheese cubes, cooked sausage and can of tomatoes and chilis.
- Microwave on high for three minutes.
- Carefully remove bowl and stir ingredients together.
- Microwave for 30 second intervals until the cheese has completely melted and is smooth.
- Serve hot with bread sticks, chips or veggie sticks.
