Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix or Protein Flapjack and Waffle Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
How to cook:
  1. Preheat the waffle iron and grease with oil or baking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, cold water, egg, and vegetable oil until combined. Lumps are fine.
  3. Pour 1/3 to 1/2 of batter onto the preheated waffle iron. Cook until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat until all batter is cooked. This recipe makes four servings. Serve with fresh fruit and whipped cream. Enjoy!
