  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup natural applesauce
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

How to cook:
  1. Peel the banana. Cut in half, then cut in half lengthwise giving you four large pieces.

  • 2 Boxes of Sugar-free/Fat-free Banana Pudding
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 20 Vanilla Wafers
  • 3-4 Bananas
How to cook:
  1. Mix the banana puddings together with the almond milk. Whip for 2 minutes. The pudding will be thick.
  2. In an 8*8 pan, put a layer of Vanilla wafers down. I added a little space to make the 16 vanilla wafers go farther. You can add as many or as little as you like. The points for the recipe is based on 20.
  3. Add a layer of sliced bananas.
