Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Tequila
- 1 oz. Triple Sec
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 lime cut into wedges
How to cook:
- Salt The Rims
- Using a lime wedge, moisten the rim of a rocks glass.
- Pour salt onto a plate or into a flat dish.
- Dip the wet rim into the salt and rotate for an even coating.
- In a shaker filled with ice
- Combine all ingredients.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz orange liqueur
- 1 ½ Tablespoon simple syrup, (or more to taste)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tablespoon coarse salt, or kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- finely grated zest from 1 lime
How to cook:
- Moisten the rim of serving glass with a lime wedge. Invert glass on lime zest-salt mixture. Twist glass to ensure it is thoroughly coated.
- Turn glass right side-up. Pour in tequila, followed by fresh lime juice. Add orange liqueur and simple syrup. Stir to combine. Add ice. Garnish with lime wedge. If desired, sprinkle a little lime zest on top of drink.
- Simple Syrup:
- Place water and sugar in a small sauce pot. Set over medium heat and cook until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Transfer to another container and store in the fridge to chill.
- Salt Rim:
- On a flat surface combine salt, sugar, and lime zest. Mix together.
