Ingredients:
- 12 (6-inch lengths) red or black string licorice
- 12 miniature marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 40 marshmallows or, 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 6 cups Kellogg's® Rice Bubbles®
- Red and green candy, for example *M&M’s®, for decorating
How to cook:
- 1. Fold each licorice piece in half and push ends through center of 12 miniature marshmallows. Set aside.
- 2. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add remaining marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add Kellogg’s Rice Bubbles cereal. Stir until well coated.
- 3. Using 1/2-cup measuring cup coated with cooking spray divide warm cereal mixture into 12 portions. Using buttered hands shape each portion into ornament shape around licorice ends. Cool. Decorate with frosting and red and green candy. Best served the same day.
- MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
- In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 through 3 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.

- Store no more than two days at room temperature in airtight container.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups Kellogg's® Rice Bubbles®
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- ¾ cup icing sugar, sifted
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup dried mixed fruit
- 250g Copha®*
- Glacè cherries for topping
How to cook:
- 1. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Melt Copha® slowly over low heat.
- 3. Cool slightly, pour onto dry ingredients. Mix well.
- 4. Be sure to work quickly, spoon the mixture into either paper patty cases or press into a lamington tin.
- 5. Freeze until set (about 15 minutes), then store in the refrigerator.
- 6. Serve cut into fingers and topped with glacè cherries.

- Serving Suggestion: You can also finish this dish by pressing dried fruits into the top. For a more decadent finish, drizzle melted milk chocolate over the top.

Ingredients:
- 2 cup (70g) rice bubbles
- 1 cup (80g) desiccated coconut
- 1 cup (100g) milk powder
- 1 cup (160g) icing sugar mixture
- 1/2 cup (75g) raisins
- 1/2 cup (80g) currants
- 1/2 cup (100g) red and green glace cherries, halved
- 250 gram copha
Nutrition:
- Serving Size: Makes 20 Piece
- Line base and sides of a 19 x 29cm large slice pan with baking paper.
- Combine rice bubbles, coconut, milk powder and icing sugar in a bowl. Add raisins, currants and cherries; mix through.
- Melt copha on low heat and pour into rice bubble mixture; stir to combine well.
- Turn mixture into prepared pan; press down well with back of a large spoon.
- Refrigerate 2 hours, until set and chilled. Cut into pieces and serve.

- 90g rice bubbles
- 40g shredded coconut
- 140g glace pineapple
- 150g glace cherries
- 70g dried cranberries
- 100g pistachios
- 600g white chocolate
How to cook:
- Line a slice pan with baking paper, ensuring the paper goes well above the top of all the sides. Give it a light coating of baking spray. Set aside
- Roughly chop up all the fruit and nuts. Pop them into a large bowl.
- Add the rice bubbles and mix thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, melt your white chocolate either over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave. When completely melted, pour over the rice bubble mixture and give it all a really good stir to completely coat the fruit, nuts and rice bubbles.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and lightly press all over to get into all the corners and even out the top. Pop in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Slice and eat!
