تأسست الجمعية في عام 1401هـ وهي الجمعية النسائية الوحيدة بالاحساء وتهتم بشؤون المرأة والطفل مرت بعدة مراحل من الخيرية الى الرعوية التنموية الى المؤسسية والجودة الشاملة

جمعية العلاج الامن :هي جمعية خيرية صحية مسجلة بوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية برقم 1356 وتهتم بتقديم خدمات العلاج والتوعية والتثقيف والتطوع الصحي للمرضى الغير قادرين على تحمل تكاليف العلاج في محافظة جدة .
الجمعية الخيرية بحائل
تأسست الجمعية الخيرية بمنطقة حائل في 1399/11/29 هـ وتم تسجيلها برقم ( 47 ) في 1402/08/07 هـ لتؤدي دوراً وظيفياً بالغ الأهمية لإعادة التوازن إلى بنية المجتمع، وردم الثغرات التي تفرزها التحولات المتتابعة وتعقيدات الحياة المعاصرة، من خلال تقديم مجموعة من الخدمات في العون المالي والعيني للفئات الأشد حاجة وفقاً لمعايير واضحة تضمن العدالة في تلبية احتياجات مستفيديها، كما تعمل على مبادرات تنموية تستهدف تمكين الأسر المستفيدة، وإخراجها من دائرة الاستهلاك إلى دائرة الإنتاج ومن الاعتماد على الدعم إلى الاعتماد على الذات من خلال مشاريع بناء القدرات والتدريب والتأهيل، وبتقديم تسهيلات للحصول على فرص عمل وتمويل للمشروعات الصغيرة.
جمعية غيث للخدمات الصحية بجازان
تأسست جمعية غيث للخدمات الصحية بفضل من الله في 1440/12/18هـ بمنطقة جازان تحت مظلة وزارة العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية بقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (61)والمصادق عليه بالمرسوم الملكي ( م / 8) وتاريخ 19/ 02/ 1437 هـ بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم (217508) وتاريخ 18/ 12/ 1440هـ وتم تسجيلها في سجل الإدارة العامة للجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية تحت رقم (1391) ذلك إثر جهود مخلصة من المؤسسين الذين رأوا الحاجة المتزايدة لمثل هذا العمل الصحي التطوعي في المنطقة .
